Patrick thought he was the hottest thing at the gym until his shirt transformed to something puffy, then there was a void in his underwear. It wasn't long before his chest swelled.
About 10 seconds after this picture was taken, Patrick (or what was left of Patrick) was screaming his pretty little head off while running to god knows where.
